Custodial Checking Skills Certificate

The Custodial Checking Skills Certificate is an intermediate pathway to the full Built Environment Custodian Skills Certificate. It imparts value-added multi-tasking hard skills to ‘sight and flag’ building defects & health and safety hazards for early intervention, thereby contributing to cost-effective repairs, a safer built environment and enhancing customer service in the process.

Training equips workers with additional skills to ‘see and flag’ cleanliness, health hazards, building defects and safety and security concerns. This secondary job can be done in parallel with the primary job and will no doubt be valued by customers as additional eyes are required in view of the growing incidents of undetected defects and situations.
