Integrated Digital Delivery by Shared Services Provider
Slide
About

Building Construction Authority (BCA) has been pushing the use of Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) as a key enabler to transform the way Singapore build under the Construction Industry Transformation Map (ITM). IDD build on the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), which have been implemented in many projects over the past few years.

IDD covers the following four areas:

  1. Digital Design
  2. Digital Fabrication
  3. Digital Construction
  4. Digital Asset Delivery and Management

The push for transformation is further reinforced by COVID-19, as there is now a greater impetus to drive the use of digital technology across the whole construction value chain to improve productivity and to build up the company resilience.

One of the four key strategies to address the challenges in raising the supply and quality of manpower in IDD is to scale up our IDD Shared Services Providers.

The Registry of Shared Services is administered by Specialists Trade Alliance of Singapore (STAS) to serve the IDD procurement needs of the stakeholders in the Built Environment sector, especially to our Consultants, Builders, Specialist Contractors and Suppliers.

To further support the Industry Transformation Map (ITM) for Built Environment firms over the next few years, both BCA and STAS recognise that Shared Services offering “Building Information Modelling and/or Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) as a service” to firms are essential.

The registered Shared Service Providers are listed below.
These Shared Service Providers listed in this Registry have been vetted and registered by STAS based on the registration requirements of their BIM and/or IDD services offerings and submitted relevant references to substantiate their services.

STAS does not endorse nor guarantee the quality of their works.

Please note that the engagement of these Shared Service Providers is a private contract between you and the Shared Services, and STAS is not privy to contractual arrangement.

Parties are encouraged to come to agreement on the key terms below to avoid potential disputes:
i. Pricing structure
ii. Schedule
iii. Quality delivery
