Work Safety For Specialists Trade: Roofs (1st Run)
This course aims to enhance understanding of fall protection systems and equipment and the importance of safety when working on roofs and enables participants to demonstrate practical skills through hands-on exercises such as setting up fall protection systems and many more.

Day 1: 9 AM to 5:30 PM
Day 2: 9 AM to 12:30 PM (Virtual)*

Total Duration: 1.5 Days (12 hours)
Course Fees
Through this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the importance of safety; prioritizing safety measures to minimize risk of accidents, injuries and fatalities while working at heights
- Identify and recognize potential hazards that are commonly encountered on roofs
- Enhance understanding of fall protection systems and equipment to use them effectively
- Learn safe access and egress techniques
- Understand safe handling of roofing related materials, tools and storage practices
- Better understand the key safety regulations and standards in Singapore to ensure compliance and adherence to legal requirements
- Demonstrate practical skills through hands-on exercises such as setting up fall protection systems and safe navigation while working at height
